Where does your business actually show up on Google Maps?

When somebody nearby searches for what you do, Google shows three names on a map — and those three names change from block to block. Map Check runs 49 real searches in a grid around your address and sends you the picture. Free, back within one business day.

A sample Map Check. The outlined square is the business's own address: strong at home, gone a mile and a half out. Most owners have never seen this picture of themselves.

What this does and doesn’t tell you

The map shows where you come up and where you don’t. It doesn’t tell you why — that takes looking at who beats you at each point, how far away they are, and what their listing says that yours doesn’t. We’ll go through that part with you if you want it. No charge for the look, and if we don’t think there’s much in it, we’ll say so rather than sell you something.

Map Check is run by The Curb Agency. We do Google Business Profile and review work for local businesses — the listing once, then the reviews every month, and this same map back to you so you can see whether it’s working. And if the map does show a problem worth fixing, the price is on the page before you ever talk to us: $400 to set it up, $300 a month, cancel any time. No quotes, no negotiating — everyone pays the same.
